How do I take care of my Pantuss? Can I wash them?
Yes, the outer part of your Pantuss slippers can be washed! However, you must ALWAYS remove the insoles since they contain seeds, and unless you are dreaming of growing your personal lavender farm…you don't want the seeds to get wet!
Where are my Pantuss made?
Pantuss slippers are designed and manufactured in our beloved Latin America. Our international team is meticulous and takes extreme care in every step of the manufacturing process so we can make sure that each pair of Pantuss meets the highest standards of quality and awesomeness.
How do I warm up my Pantuss insoles?
Warm your Pantuss insoles in the microwave for NO MORE than 30 seconds. Never heat your insoles using a regular oven, toaster oven, grill, or ANY other method.
How long will my insoles stay warm?
Pantuss insoles usually stay warm for about 30 minutes, depending on your body and the outside temperature.
How do I know my Pantuss size?
Pantuss comes in 4 sizes:
XS (5-6)
Small (6.5 - 7.5 )
Medium ( 8 -9 )
Large (9.5-10.5)
Pantuss Pocket is one size fits all.
Why flax seeds?
Flax seeds are simply the best all-natural option for retaining temperature. Hot or cold, they stand as great option for comfortable relaxation!
Why lavender flowers?
The characteristic fragrance of lavender naturally takes relaxation to a whole new level!
Lavender (lavender angustofolia) is a shrub with woody stems, branches, and purple flowers that produce an intense, fresh aroma. Its chemical components include linalool, which has energetic properties, and tannins, which are useful as antiseptics for healing, antioxidants, and skincare. Lavender also provides relaxing properties for the central nervous system.
What does “thermo-aromatic” mean? How does it work?
Thermo is a prefix that means heat. Aromatic is related to something that yields aroma or scent.
At Pantuss, we use the term thermo-aromatic because the flax seeds stand as the thermal component retaining the desired temperature (being hot or cold). The lavender flowers offer their characteristic fresh aroma. These characteristics, when combined, will provide you with warmth and relaxation that are the defining characteristic of Pantuss.
What payment methods does Pantuss accept for online orders?
You can pay for your Pantuss online by using your debit/credit card, or we also accept Apple and Google Pay.
When will I be charged for my Pantuss?
Your payment will be processed when your order is shipped.
Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
No, your order cannot be canceled once it’s been processed. However you do have 30 days to return or exchange your Pantuss for a full refund.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, you will be charged sales tax for each purchase in accordance with state and local laws.
